Giants in the woods - Vol 16 "Getting Closer!"

wilderness-whitetails-hunting3

As we get closer to the 2016 hunting season, the entire staff at Wilderness Whitetails are really starting to get fired up. We are seeing some of the most incredible whitetails ever on our preserve. We've also been busy building new stands, upgrading our existing stands and adding new food plots and shooting lanes.

Wilderness Whitetails works hard to maintain the same high standards in managing our land and facilities as we do in managing our deer population. Our property is a combination of hard wood forests, thick brushy back country and beautiful grassy plains. We hunt from ground blinds, elevated rifle blinds and tree stands. Each strategically located to offer our hunters the best opportunities at success. Be prepared to see some of the most incredible whitetails of your life.

We look forward to serving you this hunting season. To book your hunting adventure, please contact Shorty or Greg Flees at (715) 572-5334. Regardless if you are a first time guest, or a seasoned Wilderness Whitetails veteran, get ready for the hunt of your lifetime.

Here is a sample of some of our trail cam pictures from the past few weeks.

About Wilderness Whitetails:

The Flees brothers first began offering hunts on their heavily wooded property in 1999. Since, the quality of Wilderness Whitetails bucks has gotten better and better with each passing year.

Wilderness Whitetails hunters have taken six different bucks that broke the non-typical record mark for all regions of the country in years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011, including a 444” buck in 2010 and monstrous 492” in 2011
